1. Cancellation

  • Clients may cancel their services within 7 days of initiation, provided no significant work has been completed.

2. Refund

  • If services are canceled after payment but before any work begins, a full refund will be issued.
  • If a portion of the service has been completed, partial refunds will be calculated based on the work delivered up to the cancellation point.
